Return and Exchange Policy

You may request a refund of the amount paid or use it as a discount on a new purchase through a coupon code that we will provide.

If you choose to request a refund, the reimbursement period is up to 10 (ten) business days after we receive the returned product.


Exchange and Return Deadlines

The deadline for exchange or return of a product is 7 (seven) days after receiving the product, for any reason and at no shipping cost.

If the reason is any type of manufacturing defect, it is possible to request an exchange within up to 15 (fifteen) days after the purchase, also at no shipping cost.


Shipping Costs

The cost of return and exchange shipping is covered by Charmis on your first exchange, except when the exchange/return is not requested within 7 (seven) days after receiving the product.


Product Conditions for Return or Exchange

In order for us to accept the product back, it must meet the following conditions:

Products must be returned in their original packaging.
They must not be washed or worn.
No odors or stains, no scratches, and no alterations made by the customer.
Returned in the original packaging with tags and seals intact.
